Hello, my name is Tracey Jamesson.  I am a freelance events planner and virtual assistant.  I have over twelve years’ experience in events organisation, mainly working for large corporates in London and Sussex across various industries including law, professional services, banking, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, events agencies and start ups.  I also have several years' experience assisting clients with PA style administration, travel, meetings management and organisational support.

 

I have extremely high standards, superb attention to detail and a commitment to first class client service.  Organisation is my passion and I have a spreadsheet for just about everything!  Above all I place huge importance on a job done properly, integrity and a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and straightforward work ethic.

SERVICES

My focus is to provide events, organisational and administration/PA services.  

 

I work in a very flexible way.  I offer a flat rate hourly fee with no minimum commitment, which means you can hire me on a pay as you go basis as and when you need me - from organising an entire event, to helping support your existing team with any element, as well as ad hoc administration, PA or VA tasks.

I can manage and support any of the following:

  • Seminars and networking events

  • Business conferences, symposiums and events

  • Breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks receptions

  • Team building, social events, parties and weddings

  • Charity evenings, gala dinners and awards ceremonies

  • Diary, inbox and meetings management

  • Budget management, travel expenses and processing invoices

  • Hospitality tickets to sporting events, concerts and opera

  • Accommodation and travel bookings including itinerary creation

  • Client feedback via surveys and mystery visits

  • Sourcing speakers, toastmasters, hosts, presenters and chairpersons

  • Global venue sourcing and booking including contract management/review

  • Sourcing gifts, branded merchandise, name badges and events collateral

  • Proof-reading and copy-writing

  • Research, project management and client service strategy

I also work with a wonderful team of suppliers who can provide additional events services such as photography, catering, audio visual services, video production services, webinars, event collateral, entertainment, theming, event apps and online registration tools.
