Hello, my name is Tracey Jamesson.  


I am a private and corporate events planner and manager.  I offer management and/or support  for weddings, private events and celebrations and consultancy services for hotels.


I have seventeen years’ experience in events organisation, working for a wide range of companies from large corporates in London and Sussex across various industries including law, professional services, banking, FMCG, pharmaceuticals to smaller companies and individuals.

In recent years I have supported planners with high end weddings, private events and parties.  I absolutely love working in this arena; where creating a memorable and personalised experience for clients is so important.  I now enjoy a wonderful mix of private events, corporate events, weddings and parties.  I also offer consultancy services to hotels to improve their guest service and small companies to set up an events team/process.


I have extremely high standards, superb attention to detail and a commitment to first class client service.  Organisation is my passion and I have a spreadsheet for just about everything!  Above all, I place a huge importance on a job done properly and professionally, dedication, resilience, integrity, enthusiasm, a straightforward work ethic and creating memorable and enjoyable experiences.



My focus is to provide events planning & management, support and consultancy services. 


I work in a very flexible way.  I offer a flat rate hourly or daily fee with no minimum commitment, which means you can hire me on a pay as you go basis as and when you need me - from organising an entire event (end to end), onsite assistance or management, helping to support and advise to your existing team to ad hoc events administration and consultancy. My clients often see me as an extension of their own team.


I can manage and support any of the following:

  • Private parties, weddings and celebrations

  • Business conferences, symposiums and events

  • Webinars, seminars and networking events

  • Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks receptions

  • Team building and social events

  • Charity evenings, gala dinners and awards ceremonies

  • Hotel consulting and analysis of guest service levels

  • Sourcing events and wedding suppliers

  • Sourcing gifts, branded merchandise, name badges and events collateral

  • Sourcing speakers, toastmasters, hosts, presenters and chairpersons

  • Global venue bookings including contract management/review

  • Budget management, travel expenses and processing invoices

  • Hospitality tickets to sporting events, concerts and opera

  • Accommodation and travel bookings including itinerary creation

  • Proof-reading of events & marketing literature

  • Research, project management and client services advice

I also work with a wonderful team of suppliers who can provide additional events and wedding services, such as photography, catering, floristry, furniture hire, entertainment, musicians, decor and theming, AV, video production, webinar hosting, event collateral, global venue sourcing and event apps.
